TPA Valuation & Advisory s.r.o., as financial advisor to the shareholders of TRIMILL, a.s., participated in the sale of a majority stake in TRIMILL, a.s. (supplier and manufacturer of machines, Vsetín, Czech Republic) and TRIMILL GmbH (sales and service representation in Germany) to YCM Industries Co., Ltd. group (manufacturer of machine tools, Taichung City, Taiwan).
