Best of Realty 2021
We participated in the gala evening on the occasion of the announcement of the “Nejlepší z realit – Best of Realty” competition results.
During the gala evening at Prague’s Forum Karlin on Tuesday 9th November, results were announced and awards were given for the best project in the Czech real estate market for the past year. The winners of the 23rd annual competition “Nejlepší z realit – Best of Realty”, considered in this country to be the most prestigious in its field, were chosen by a ten-member professional jury headed by Tomáš Drtina (Incomind agency). The members were representatives of the Asociace pro rozvoj trhu nemovitostí (ARTN, tr. Association for Real Estate Market Development), the Czech Green Building Council, bankers, real estate agents and consultancy companies. Projects across the entire Czech Republic scored: besides Prague projects, there were also projects in Plzeň, Chrásťany, Mělník, Český Krumlov, Strážný, Jihlava, Prostějov, Olomouc, Brno and Pustevny.
Petr Karpeles, Jan Lamač and Radek Stein participated for TPA in the event.
